Privacy Policy

This site is operated by ScentHub (“we”, “us”), an independent project based in Canada. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why, and what your choices are.

What we collect

• Waitlist and newsletter emails. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you provide, whether you opted into the newsletter, the time of signup, and basic technical metadata (such as your browser’s user-agent string) used to filter out automated signups.
• Contact messages. Our contact form opens your own email client; the message is sent as a normal email to hello@scenthub.ca and handled like any business correspondence.
• Basic analytics. If we enable analytics, we use privacy-respecting, aggregate measurement (page views, referrers, country-level location). We do not build advertising profiles or sell personal information.

Where it’s stored

Waitlist data is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, hosted on Cloudflare’s global infrastructure. This site itself is served by Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard server logs (IP address, request URL) to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

We use waitlist emails to notify you about ScentHub’s launch and, only if you opted in, to send our newsletter. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies

This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance purposes.

Your rights and deletion

We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada. Visitors from the United States have equivalent choices on this site. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@scenthub.ca — we will remove your waitlist entry promptly on request.

Third-party links

Articles on this site link to external retailers and other sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
